John James knows the heights of success and thedepths of brokenness. Once performing to crowds of hundreds of thousands and living the dream others envied, John's world fell apart behind the curtain. Addiction, pride, and spiritual emptiness brought him to his knees. But in that place of failure, he discovered the greatest truth: that God doesn't cancel the fallen He restores the repentant. Before walking away from the spotlight, John was the original lead singer and co-founder of one of the most recognized Christian bands of the 1990s. His story of rising to fame, losing everything, and finding Christ again-not on stage, but at rock bottom-has now become a powerful message of hope.

Today, John travels across America as a missionary to this nation, sharing his testimony and preaching in churches, conferences, youth events, schools, recovery centers, military bases and prisons. With raw honesty and biblical clarity, he calls this generation to turn from performance-driven faith and encounter the living Christ. John now ministers alongside his wife, Tanya, a gifted worship leader and speaker, as they share the healing truth that no one is too far gone for a second chance.

Kerry joined YM360 in 2021 as Director of Publishing. Prior to joining the YM360 team, Kerry was a youth ministry veteran with 27+ years of experience serving and leading in churches of various sizes, denominations, and multi-site strategies. After nearly 3 decades immersed in all things youth ministry, Kerry is quick to tell you that he still finds immeasurable joy and life in every opportunity he has to engage teenagers and youth workers whether that be in the form of camp/retreat speaking, writing, content creating, coaching youth workers, developing young leaders, enlightening parents on adolescent development, church consulting, or training youth ministry teams. Born and raised in Mississippi, Kerry attended Mississippi State University #HailState. Kerry and his wife Stefanie live in Birmingham with their two children.

Andy DeNoon works with Sunday Cool and co-hosts the Ninjas Are Butterflies podcast. After spending years in youth ministry, he now spends most of his time creating content, speaking, and finding creative ways to help churches reach students.

Andy is passionate about ministry, storytelling, and making people laugh. When he's not recording podcasts or filming videos, you'll probably find him speaking at camps, hanging out with youth pastors, or trying to convince people that dolphins might actually be aliens.

Jeff began his spiritual journey with Jesus at 21, after a life-changing experience that helped him overcome alcoholism and the pursuit of country music fame. In 2003, Jeff and Jodi got married, dedicating their lives to Christ and becoming missionaries for Youth With A Mission (YWAM), serving in Turkey and Egypt. Jeff later served as Youth Pastor and Music Director at an Ohio church for almost ten years, inspiring both students and the congregation to share the Gospel message. Currently, Jeff and Jodi are committed to the Jeff Polen Music ministry, focusing on guiding others to Jesus Christ through music, preaching, teaching, and training. Together, they are the proud parents of five wonderful children: Taylor, Abigail, Piper, Elijah, and Eden.
